Are you an ambitious Engineering Administrator or Facilities Contract Support Administrator looking to work for an prestigious Property Management company for a beautiful building located close to Liverpool Street/ Fenchurch Street- This role is Client Direct and offers a fantastic package and an opportunity for progression and growth.
This is an office based role- Full time 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties
- Manage the administrative function to support the engineering Team and delivery for the Building
- Providing Administrative Functions to the Engineering Team
- Provifing an excellent Service to the Tenants and occupiers of the building
- Service Desk Operation and General Team Administration
- Scheduling Engineers and repairs for both in house and External resources
- Develop and Maintain Management Processes to support cost Management
- Financial and Engineering Administration
- PPMS, Raising Invoices and WIP
- Budget Reports and Financial Statements
- Managing Absences, Timesheets, Holiday Requests
- Arranging Property Visits to the Building and Diary Managment
- Periodic Monthly Engineer Reporting
- Procurement
- Represent the Engineering Team to Building Tenants in a higly professional manner
- Liaise with the Finance and HR Teams
- Assist with Administration for the whole Portfolio
- Updating Risk Reports
- Service Desk Reports
