£270-£350 per day or PAYE equivalent

This leading Groundwork and Civil Engineering Contractor have a solid reputation in the industry and have an opportunity for an Site Engineer to join their expansion. You ll be working on multiple residential schemes between £2-15 million which include groundworks, roads and sewers, and 278 works. Their clients include the like of Barratts, Bellway, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey.

As a Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer you will be required to roam 3 sites across Northampton. Sites are 80-200 plots with associated roads and sewers.

Reporting into the senior engineer and managing an assistant engineer you ll be

• Setting out
• Cross checking CAD information
• Photo-based dilapidation survey
• Topography survey
• Providing technical guidance to the site team
• Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
• Quality Assurance
• Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
• Street works applications
