Technical Architect

A not-for-profit business services organisation based in London is looking to hire a Technical Architect on a permanent basis to assist in delivering a suite of mission critical programmes across all business areas.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of Azure and Agile, as well as practical experience of coding and liaising with development teams.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation that at least 1 day a week will be office based.

Working closely with the Solution Architect, the main remit of the role will be to design, document and innovate on new technical architecture and create a fit for purpose technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leading on the design of a technology platform that focuses on delivering value across all business areas
• Providing technical expertise to assigned projects and initiatives
• Taking a leading role on internal development initiatives consisting of pilot studies and conceptual prototyping

Key Skills

• Proven track record as a Technical Architect
• Practical experience in at least one coding language
• Proven experience of Azure and DevOps
• Track record of working in an Agile environment and clear understanding of methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFE.
