Technical Services Manager - Commercial Fit Out

We are currently working with a medium sized commercial fit out contractor who are looking to engage with an Technical Services Manager for a variety of live and upcoming works in Central London on commercial office buildings. They are experiencing a period of growth and are expanding their teams due to a number of recent project wins.

You will be the Technical Services Manager appointed to a large scale commercial project and will be tasked with managing M&E subcontractors, maintaining high engineering standards while reporting progress to a Lead Technical Services Manager and the client.

My client will look at experienced candidates from M&E or Main Contractors as long as you have experience on commercial fit out schemes.

This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a well connected contractor who are turning over 30m and have longstanding client relationships.
