About the Technical Administrator job

The purpose of your role will be to provide the technical administration service to the company, such that customer s demands for quality documentation are met and that internal processes are satisfied.

Key tasks

• Product set up and maintenance on SAP / MRP system to ensure legal compliance, food safety and in line with customer specifications and HACCP.
• Consistent development of systems in line with best practice and group requirements.
• Database alignment ensuring information is maintained in sync between all IT platforms.
• Understand the legislative and specification requirements to ensure consistent accurate information each and every time.
• Effectively communicate with all parts of the business to achieve the level of information required and provide team support to include products and packaging etc.

About You

The successful candidate shall have a Food related science qualifications and experience within food manufacturing. Ideally having experience within a Technical Administration or Specifications Technologist role.

• Experience in MRP database management in a food manufacturing environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• A keen interest and understanding of IT systems.
• Experience of Microsoft Azure, Oracle or similar SQL is desirable.
• A full clean driving license.

This is an office-based role however you may be required to visit their production facility.
