More on the role itself, you will be

• Technical Lead developing all technical processes and systems and ensure the site is BRC ready.
• Working cross functionally ensuring strong communication between the key functions.
• Setting the standards for audits and developing a framework for all functions on best practice.
• Implementation of the QMS that is fully fit for purpose for the growth agenda.
• Liaise with all external Technical bodies to ensure a strong partnering approach is in place.

Your background - the ideal food manufacturing background required for this role:

• Technical Management experience in Food Manufacturing is essential.
• Proven achievements in developing technical manufacturing processes.
• Experienced in manufacture for retail.
• Demonstrable network in the industry with the major retailers, able to build and develop those further.
• The communication skills to communicate the strategic and short-term technical agenda and activities with clarity across all functions.
